I recently visited your service department for an oil change and tire rotation. However, when I received my car back, I noticed that the tires had not been rotated. You might ask how I know this. Before bringing the car in, I visited a tire shop because my tire sensor was not reading properly on the dashboard. The shop identified the issue on the front tire and marked it with a white Sharpie. After your team completed the service, I checked and saw that the marked tire was still in the same position, confirming the tires had not been rotated. Additionally, I have pictures and text messages with your service advisor that reflect poor communication regarding this matter. I have been waiting for a call from the service manager, but each time I follow up, I’m told the manager is either busy or in meetings. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me promptly to address this issue. I am happy to provide the pictures and text message records as evidence. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

The initial phone contact (Stephanie) and salesmen (Allen and Manager Miguel) were friendly and welcoming from the start. Allen had a helpful plan to walk us around the vehicle and show us the main features before taking us on a test drive. They charged the dead battery and cleaned up the car nicely before we went inside to negotiate price. The negotiations and pricing were a bit confusing, as I still don’t know how they arrived at a final price, and wonder if we actually got credit for our GM points. But overall, it was a great dealership and a very positive customer experience.

Hello, The service was great, but I don't agree that I should have to pay the amount of my vehicle not shutting off, this is out of my control and believe this issue was a recall for my 2020 vehicle, as this involved the start/ stop of my car. I believe this is something that the dealership should have taken ownership off. Additionally, the sensor on the rear-view mirror goes off and on when there are no vehicles nearby. This is the 3rd time this has occurred, supposedly it was checked and nothing was found. I realize the other costs I paid, but don't believe as a customer I should've paid this. However, the team was great! Thanks

Sergio, Mark, Oscar & Abel were good. The lady in finance is a sales person on a crooked level ! I believe her name is Valerie. She took advantange of me being on the phone dealing with a problem at my bussiness and had me sign and inital and when I asked her what was I signing she said was short & vague saying , you are not agreeing to extra maintance coverage. Putting my trust in PHC I continued only to find out she was smooth and had me sign $3885 of dealer add-ons that were NEVER disclosed by anyone ...... I called and came back like i was told to speek with her, she was defensive, rude, insulting, evasive and just flat out not professional. It is people like her that will leave very bad impression on your bussiness !

Took in my car in for diagnostic on a noise it is making. not sure what kind of mechanic was in charge of my car because it continues with the same noise after being told over the phone what the issue was and I agreed to get it fixed. So I paid and issue was not resolved.Didn’t receive a call that it was ready I had to call and then was informed that my car continues with a sound. Service person made it seem it was a new sound when in fact it was the same sound that I took it for. Never had an issue with service at this location but moving forward I will no longer be taking my vehicle in to this location.

I had an appointment for Saturday to get a part placed in my car. The guy taking care of me, Manuel, told me he would call me once my car was ready so I assumed my car would be ready that same day. It was 3:10pm and hadn’t received a call and I knew the service department closed at 4pm so I called and asked about my car and he told me my car wasn’t ready because it wasn’t even worked on that there was a misunderstanding with the mechanics and didn’t touch my car that it would be ready Monday. I had to miss work Monday since I didn’t have a ride I go in at 1:30am. I called Monday at 5pm because again I hadn’t heard anything and again my car wasn’t ready. Just a complete lack of communication and very disorganized. It was frustrating and a bit angering going through all this

Anthony was very nice, and I appreciated him helping me while in store. Overall, this rating is due to lack of communication/follow up afterwards. My 2024 traverse RS is showing 22% brake life after 12k miles. I’ve asked a friend who has the same vehicle and they have 8k miles and 80% brake life. I’ve also looked online and this is not normal for the brakes to be this low this early on a brand new car. I did not hear anything Monday (11/17) morning, so I called around 2/3pm and spoke to Robert, the service manager. Explained everything, he said he’d call GM to see if there’s any they can do. He said he’d potentially call me back within the hour if he heard anything. I have not heard anything still on Wednesday (11/19) so I called back trying to talk to Robert. Was unable to talk to him, or leave him a voicemail, and was transferred to someone else in service (did not catch their name). Explained everything, and he said he’d leave a message for Robert for me. It’s now Friday (11/21) and I have still not received a follow up from Robert or anyone else. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from this dealership. Wife and I are actually in the market for a new car for her, and was looking at a few Chevy’s but will be looking at other local dealerships at this time.

After spending over $2,600 dollars to repair a fluid leak, I still have the problem. This was the worst experience I ever had. They’ve had mg car since August and I barely got it back. This dealership has low quality employees. Professionalism and IQ are very low from the management to corporate. I talked to everyone and even had to switch advisors. My first Advisor was name Ruben, he was a fat older man with glasses who always said “C’mon” I was told there was an incident report filed because hes very immature, unprofessional, and ended up hanging up the phone on me. I don’t know how he still had a job there! I’m sure he was never reprimanded or there was no incident report filed I’ve notice everyone there lies. I had to switch advisors and even talked to the manager at one point who told me they’d call me back and never heard from him. What kind of man let alone a manager there doesn’t call ann follow up when I’ve been fighting for months to get my car back. Just shows the quality of employees they have there. Another unprofessional employee my new advisor (Miguel )couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the car after they charged me $1800. He literally was guessing and even wanted me to replace the turbo for $4000 that had nothing to do with what was wrong with the car. I ask Miguel for corporates number and he sent me their finance phone number thinking I wouldn’t call it. I had to find it online myself because he even couldn’t do that right. I have proud of this still via text. I wish I was making this up but I’m not. I just got my car back and it’s worse from when I dropped it off. I can’t even accelerate in it anymore, and they broke the mechanism to the gas cap. I asked for a loaner for five months and they never got me one. I even filed a case with corporate thinking it would help but they didn’t even do anything. My case number was 79318655. The car is still not fixed and I’ve spent about 3000$. I even tried to sell it to them at one point and they promised me 10,000. When I decided to sell because there were so many problems with the staff and I was just fed up and over them they changed the offer last minute to 6000$. Waste of time and effort. I hope they clean house and fire everyone there. Corporate if you ever read this, you can call me and I got receipts and Text messages to back up everything. They really just hire anyone and put a name tag on them. I highly recommend not taking your car there and selling your Chevrolet if you have one. I sold my car recently because of all this, it’s sad but employees there have no class. When selling my car I got close to 10000 and I will never be buying anything from General Motors again. I pray all these employees get what they deserve and fired. They deserve nothing less and again corporate I have proof of everything I’m saying if you even care which I doubt.

Hello, I am writing to provide honest feedback regarding my recent vehicle purchase experience at your dealership. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share this experience so it can be addressed internally. I initially worked with a sales manager named David. From the beginning, I felt much of our communication was misleading and unnecessarily difficult. During multiple phone conversations, David repeatedly talked over me. I addressed this directly with him, and while he did apologize each time afterward, it continued to happen and made communication frustrating rather than productive. I was upfront that the main reason I reached out was because the vehicle was priced lower than comparable listings elsewhere. I also made it clear that I live a significant distance away and wanted to complete as much of the process remotely as possible. While I was told that online sales were not an option, I asked to at least complete items such as the credit application and paperwork ahead of time. I was assured that if I came in, I would be in the dealership for no more than 45 minutes. In reality, I was there for over three hours. When I requested a price breakdown before arriving, David refused, stating that it “didn’t make sense” to provide one because I might take the offer to other dealerships closer to me. This response was disappointing, as my intention was transparency, not shopping the deal. Regarding pricing, I initially asked for $1,000 off the vehicle and for any pre-installed options to be included. The $1,000 discount was quickly declined, which I understood. David then stated he would see what he could do regarding the installed options, which he indicated totaled a little over $1,000. Hours later, after reviewing the window sticker myself, I realized those options were already included in the vehicle price. This was a clear miscommunication that left me feeling misled, though I chose to move forward anyway. It was not until much later that David disclosed additional items — a theft deterrent and paint protection — that were already installed. These were not listed online, not shown on the window sticker, and had not been mentioned previously. I was told the best he could do was sell these at cost, approximately $900. While I had no interest in these products, I agreed to move forward based on the out-the-door price he later emailed to me, which was approximately $48,000. The following day, I arrived as planned and was handed off to Moises, who was professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. Moises was the only person who made me feel genuinely welcomed, and I have no complaints about his service. The issues resurfaced in the finance department. When I reviewed the paperwork, the out-the-door price was suddenly over $51,000. I immediately showed the finance manager the emails and texts from David. He appeared surprised and noticed that the paint and theft products were now being charged at full price instead of the agreed-upon cost. A manager eventually stepped in and stated he would honor the original agreement, which I appreciated. However, even after this, confusion continued. During the final paperwork, I noticed the theft deterrent had been removed entirely without explanation in order to reach the agreed price. This was never clearly communicated to me. No one explained what the theft product actually was, how it worked, or helped set it up. I only caught this because I carefully reviewed the documents again. While I am ultimately satisfied that the vehicle was sold at the price we agreed upon, the process to get there was stressful, time-consuming, and unnecessarily complicated. I made it clear beforehand that I was traveling a long distance, and had the pricing not been honored, I would have walked away after wasting an entire day. I purchase vehicles regularly for my business, and this experience felt more like a used car lot than a Chevrolet dealership. It was misleading, disorganized, and far below the level of professionalism I expected. Moises was the sole exception and deserves recognition for his efforts. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would not return to or recommend this dealership based on this experience alone. Thank you for your time.

Bad technicians can fix my dashboard and said I need to replace it, wasn't need is already programmed by another dealer, can fix my TPM said my tires tpm sensors are bad, another bad diagnostic i take my truck to a tire shop and they programmed my TPM in 3 minutes... I always trust this dealer but no more, beware with the over charge in services

My mom took the vehicle to get serviced and the service writer took it upon himself to dip into my reward points to use for extra services that I told him we didn't need because we are going to be trading in the car soon anyhow, after speaking with him I told him to do basic service only. He then trys lying to me and saying my points are going to expire next month anyways if I don't use them now, I say it's okay just the basic service. My mom calls my back later and says he gave her a huge discount on all the services but what he failed to mention was he was still using all $350 dollars worth of points I've been saving up, mind you my mom is not on my account and he never got authorization to use my points. I have gotten all my cars from Puente Hills this next one will be the first I don't purchase here because of this experience
